1. Compliance

You must use the services in compliance with all local, national, and international laws, including data protection regulations.

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:

System Abuse: Attempting to bypass access controls, rate limiters, security headers, or validation checks.
Malicious Uploads: Uploading files containing malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or any code designed to disrupt the platform.
System Exploitation: Using automated scripts or scraping tools to trigger AI scoring or suggestions in high volume.
Impersonation: Generating resumes containing intentionally fraudulent work experience, certification credentials, or identifying details to defraud employers or government agencies.
Scraping & Reverse Engineering: Extracting code, templates, or system resources from ReReal for commercial reuse or building a competitive platform.

We reserve the right to audit resumes, monitor API usage, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.
