Data Deletion & Erasure Policy

ReReal respects your right to be forgotten. This policy explains your deletion rights and how to execute them.

1. User Deletion Rights

You have the absolute right to delete your personal profile, credentials, and all resumes stored on our platform.

2. Deletion Process

2.1 Self-Service Account Deletion

You can delete your account instantly in the app settings:

1. Navigate to App Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
3. Click Delete My Account.
4. Confirm your choice. All profile entries, saved resumes, and version histories will be immediately deleted from the database.

2.2 Manual Request

If you are unable to access the dashboard or wish to submit a deletion request manually, please email privacy@rereal.com. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.

3. Post-Deletion Details

Once deleted:

• Your access tokens are immediately revoked.
• Public resume slugs (/r/[slug]) become invalid.
• Data cannot be recovered.
